An Official Transcript is a certified statement detailing a learner’s complete academic record at the Institute.  It includes details of all course results, completion details and qualification. This is provided in hardcopy only.

Note: Academic Transcript requests received after Friday, 12th December, will be processed and available in the new year of 2026. You will receive a text confirming when your documents are ready for collection or have been sent.




Wait 10+ working days before ordering a transcript

Please wait at least 10 working days after finishing your courses to allow time for your results to be entered. If results aren’t entered, they won’t appear on your transcript. Ordering too early will mean paying for another copy.

Transcript costs:
  • Standard transcript request (includes complimentary copy): $25.00
  • Additional copies: $12.50 each 
Postal costs:
  • Collect in person: No charge
  • Standard post within NZ (untracked): No charge
  • International airmail (untracked): $10.00
Courier costs:
  • Within New Zealand: $10.00 
  • Australia: $40.00 
  • USA: $140.00

We will contact you to confirm when you can pick up your transcript documents from the Student Services Centre at:

MIT Ōtara campus, Dilworth Building, NA Block, Gate 12, North campus, Ōtara Road, Ōtara. 
It's open from 7am-8pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that the nominated person MUST present a valid photo ID
when collecting on your behalf.

3. Ordering additional copies



Additional copies cost $12.50 each.


You can collect these along with the standard set from Ask Me! Student Services at MIT Ōtara campus, Dilworth Building, NA Block, Gate 12, North campus, Ōtara Road, Ōtara. It's open from 7am-8pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that the nominated person MUST present a valid photo ID
when collecting on your behalf.

  • There is no shipping fee for additional copies sent with the standard set. 
  • All additional copies that are posted or couriered must go to the same address.

You can pay in person at any Westpac branch or by internet banking.

You'll receive the full bank account and other payment details in your order confirmation email.



In most cases, you'll only need to enter the bank account number into your bank's online system or app, but here are all the account details just in case:
